Making the most of a very compact site, we created 6 x 2-bedroom apartments, supporting Wellington Hospital with much needed short-term accomodation for visting medical staff or families of patients, as well as attracting long-term rentals attracted to the location right on the cusp of the CBD.
Once again taking a unique development approach, we applied a higher-end specification for the rental tenure.
