15 standalone homes, 14 townhouses, two new roads, and one very over-engineered bridge. 

 

The Leighton Park Development is set in a prime location only a few minutes' walk from Woburn Station, Woburn shops & local amenities and less than five minutes' drive from the Lower Hutt CBD and Petone foreshore.

The site had unique nuances and engineering difficulties, dismissed by many as too complicated, but we love a challenge and instead created opportunities for investors and first home buyers in a fantastic location. 

 

The three and four bedroom options available were on individual Fee Simple titles. All homes had an elevated 2.55m stud, great indoor/outdoor flow, two or three bathrooms, internal access garaging & top quality specification, with gas water and hobs.
